Service times vary by package: Silver takes 1-2 hours, Gold takes 2-3 hours, Platinum takes 3-4 hours, and Ultimate takes 5-7 hours. We'll give you an estimated completion time when we arrive.

No, you don't need to be present. Many of our clients leave us their keys and we take care of everything. Just ensure we have access to a water source and power outlet if needed.

We bring all our own equipment and premium products. All we need from you is access to a water spigot and an electrical outlet (for our vacuum and other equipment). We can work in driveways, garages, or parking lots.

We monitor the weather closely and will contact you if we need to reschedule. We offer flexible rescheduling at no extra charge for weather-related cancellations.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Payment is due upon completion of service.

For most vehicles, we recommend a full detail every 3-4 months. If you drive frequently or have kids/pets, every 2 months is ideal. Regular maintenance washes can extend time between full details.

Yes! Our Ultimate package includes paint correction which removes light scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation. For deeper scratches, we offer additional paint correction services. Contact us for an assessment.

We service all of South Orange County including Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente. Not sure if we cover your area? Just give us a call!

We recommend booking 2-3 days in advance for weekday appointments and 1 week ahead for weekends. However, we do accommodate same-day requests when our schedule allows.
